Early Alert Canines' mission is to train Medical Detection Dogs. We enhance the health, safety, and well-being of individuals with insulin-dependent diabetes through partnerships with certified blood sugar alert dogs. We’re a nonprofit with hundreds of volunteer therapy dog teams nationwide and overseas. But what every dog who wears the red vest has in common is rigorous training. Every dog must pass an AKC-approved Good Canine Citizenship test and undergo a two-day training.
